Rachel at Pattinson’s completed the valuation, she came out at 7pm to fit around my work schedule. Pictures were taken there and then. Less than a day later the advert was already ready and really well presented. My house sold over the space of a weekend. Eve communicated great and outside of working hours, and was very helpful throughout the process. We accepted an offer for above the asking price. I wouldn’t recommend using the solicitors they have an offer as I’ve found mine very difficult to deal with so far. I would also say booking of the viewings could of been handled slightly better, it was great how quickly they were coming through, however when you’re miles away at work and receive only a text saying someone’s on their way to view it becomes a little stressful. I would be happy to use pattinsons again.
Having used Pattinsons for both letting and selling a home I can highly recommend this company on both accounts. They are highly knowledgeable of the current market and get the job done in record time..I had viewers for my property within an hour of being on the market and sold the property within 24hrs , for letting they took on board what I asked and had the perfect tenant again within 24hrs and moved in under a week. Cannot fault this company and the staff.
I would like to say the service from Pattisons from Beginning to End was amazing. Angie was so informative, reassuring and helpful explained the processes and was always available to answer any questions I had. The solicitors they use Amber in particular are just so friendly helpful and more importantly always take your call or at the very least call you back. We also got a phone call each week with updates of what was happening with the sale of the house. I can say Pattison overall are amazing value for money and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone Thank you Angie and Amber and everyone else at Pattisons Amazing
