Kay, Rachel and the whole Whitley Bay branch were ace! We recently successfully applied to rent a property in Whitley Bay through this branch and from the beginning they were incredibly helpful, professional and fair in every aspect of the process. The particular property we looked at was attracting a lot of attention so viewing was back-to-back. Despite this, Rachel took the time to show us around and answer questions. We expressed interest and Rachel was fair in making no promises and explaining she would let us know if we were successful. Once our offer was accepted, Kay was on hand to guide us through the paperwork, in person. The whole branch were very personable and the process was a laugh. Rachel kept in touch with us for updates on the referencing process and before long we were ready to go. The final step in branch was super easy and Graham from Embrace Financial Services walked us through some financial advice before Rachel handed us our keys. Could not recommend these guys enough, they really went above and beyond compared to the other estate agents in the area.
