We recently bought a flat through Gordon Brown and were SO impressed by the whole team (including Sharon, Gail, Jackie and Lynn) who were kind and supportive, and got a great balance between being extremely professional and also very understanding of the stresses and strains of property purchase. We knew we could rely on them completely, everyone replied to emails or did call backs within a short time, and they were proactive in moving our purchase along as much as they could. We certainly felt that the Gordon Brown team was a very safe and reassuring pair of hands to be in and would recommend them to anyone buying and selling property in the area. We were especially impressed with Sharon who was amazingly communicative, kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience a smooth one. She was incredible at keeping us in the loop every step of the way, which meant so much to us, especially as we were relocating from overseas. We will certainly look to Gordon Brown when we come to sell or buy in the future!
I chose Gordon Brown to list and sell my maisonette. Their service was fantastic from start to finish. They captured a brilliant video and pictures of the property which attracted lots of viewings and we sold over asking price within 2 weeks with multiple offers. I got mortgage advice from them and decided to go with London & Country in the end, Gordon Brown weren't pushy at all and accepted my decision with grace. The Sales Progression was fantastic too. I never felt stressed dealing with Gordon Brown as they are very professional, consultative and engaging to deal with. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive option, but they are the best. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service offered by Joanne Graham and Helen Brooke. Very impressed with how I was kept up to date from start to finish which you don’t always get with others.
