Fantastic company to work with. I'm a local business owner and started working with James Burrell branches toward the start of the pandemic. Even through the hard times, they've been really great at communicating, estimating new stock arrivals, and checking the quality of the products they sell. Delivery is always prompt and correct, the products are top notch and the staff are really up to date with industry knowledge, Karl especially, I would have been really stuck without his help. I'd highly recommend opening an account with these guys, they really go the extra mile for their customers and at a fair price. Cheers guys!
It's a shame you employ dangerous workers who want to smash public people's phones, that's not good at all
I booked a delivery on a Friday to be delivered on the following Friday morning which was told should not be a problem. Waited till 11.30 am and decided to ring them and ask what’s happening with the delivery only to be told it’s not on the waggon yet it will be delivered sometime this afternoon. I said the agreement was in the morning and if they couldn’t do that you should have phoned and let me know but they weren’t really bothered there customer service is disappointing.
Went here for one bag of lime, it took me 40 minutes to get served and eventually seen to by the yard staff. After risking my life dodging forklift truck drivers who thought they were in the monaco GP, it finally turned up hanging off the back of a forklift truck with a 6" gaping hole in - covering both myself, my truck and the yard in white lime! Unless you have half a day to spare and fancy an argument, just dont bother.
