A care company!!! Who ticket my car with my DISABLED BADGE OUT do they care no as I seen the staff member taking images of my car and NOT including the blue badge when the reported me!!! Is that the type of care company you want for your family ? Charging disabled people £160 for parking for ease and comfort disgusting
This company is nothing but outstanding. I can not recommend them enough. The care, compassion and dignity they have shown my family has been brilliant. The carers go above and beyond there job role and always have a welcoming smile on their faces. The office staff listen and always have time for you and try their best to accommodate. You will not be disappointed by the standard of care from 'THE ANGELS' as we call them.
Very disappointed with this company. The care provided for my family member became very poor. We were told they were carers not cleaners when they were asked to clean up after themselves (for a client who is unable to do so for themselves)! As a carer myself I would never ever leave someone else's house a mess after I had been in and made the mess while doing my job, I might not be a cleaner but I have common decency. Would not recommend this company for anyone!
