Stayed at the weekend with friends for a concert at the arena and was pleasantly surprised! We had the apartment with 2 bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with amenities and a lounge. Both bedrooms has en suites and the decor was fitting with the building. Had a little wait to check in as it seems the desk is not always manned. However, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was delicious the next morning but on a personal note I would have liked to have had some beans and a full flat mushroom???? Overall the stay was very good and will definitely return!
Lovely setting and a large party of us were accommodated very well in our own private room. The service was very good, mostly because we barely noticed them. Discreet and efficient. Decent food for the price. Was a mix up at the bill paying but it was sorted quickly and without hassle. Would definitely go back.
Unfortunately, wasn't impressed with the meal we got. No fresh veg with main course and sauce on steak was too peppery (I know this can be down to individual taste), it was the spiciest I have every tasted! The staff were attentive and surroundings pleasant.
We didn't stay here but went for a Christmas lunch. As soon as we walked through the door we had a wonderful welcome from the staff they are definitely worth 5 star plus. I had the turkey lunch and my friend had the chicken lunch both were superb. We will definitely be going back there soon.
The room was clean. Staff friendly. But our room was above a big ventilator from their kitchen and while the noise was bearable the smell was awful (old oil smell something fried?). Maybe the window insulation is bad and that is why the smell was coming in. Woke up with the smell again in the morning and headache. Thankfully we stayed only one night but if you are staying longer better to avoid these rooms.
