I have had a few orders from here recently. They have always arrived early or on time. The food is always hot. I just tried the Tandoori wrap, the chicken was very tender and very tasty.
The cleanest restaurant and take away in the whole of Newcastle! The oil smells clean and you can see the kitchen sparkle in the shop. Highly recommended! Food is great. Go for the boneless chicken strips.
We called up to place an order for collection for two kebabs, once we went to collect we got told the total was £25 I obviously did not expect it to be £25 so went to get more money, once I had already handed over my money my partner queried why it was £25, the man immediately started shouting at me and showing us the order ticket, my partner obviously told the man to stop shouting at me, he became very aggressive, he even said to my partner you look like you want to punch me, which seemed like he was trying to entice us to become aggressive and stoop to his level, my partner asked for our money back and explained he had put the wrong item on the order, the man refused to give our money back and kept shoving the food at us, he was insistent I ordered the wrong thing, I apologised even though the fault was with him, and said we still want our money back and no longer want the food due to his appalling attitude, again he kept refusing and we were arguing for approximately 15 minutes before the man eventually flung our money across the counter! Absolutely appalling behaviour and lack of any customer service skills, I have only previously ordered through just eat and it being my first time in the shop notices the lack of hygiene in the shop, the man was handing money then touching food???? Hopefully they get no one else’s order wrong or you might have to deal with a madman screaming and shouting!
